susGain is a Singapore-based sustainability rewards app that encourages users to adopt eco-friendly behaviors. The platform converts sustainable actions and purchases into points, cashback, and charitable donations, benefiting both users and retailers.
Objectives:
For users: Promote eco-conscious habits while offering financial incentives.
For businesses: Strengthen their sustainable brand image, attract eco-conscious consumers, and reduce costs on disposable resources.
Key Challenges:
This was a brand-new product, so there were no existing usability pain points to fix. The main challenge was creating a user-friendly and engaging experience from scratch.
The existing branding (colors, typography) was pre-defined before my involvement, limiting certain design flexibility.
Goals:
Streamline the user experience for seamless reward redemption and donation processes.
Ensure design consistency across all screens.
